The moon blocks the sun soon, ecliptic
As orbits pass by; they’re elliptic
Superstition abounds
The low-infos cry “Zounds!
It’s an omen that’s apocalyptic!!”
It’s not cryptic
Or apocalyptic
It’s just the moon
In the earth’s ecliptic
(But it looks real cool in a Medieval Tryptich!)
Today is the one year birthday of my puppy, Riley, whose addition to this family has been apocalyptic so far. Hopefully the partial eclipse that we will witness in my latitude/longitude will provide the karma that will calm him down as he enters his 2nd year!
