Bottom line....a few guys being paid millions of dollars to play a game decided to tell us (the fans) what the Pledge and Anthem are supposed to mean to us. It’s not just unpatriotic, it’s insulting.
And you wonder why Roger Goodell has yet to get his new contract extension as Commissioner that lasts until 2024. I think both Robert Kraft and Jerry Jones—the two most influential owners in the NFL—may be hatching a plan to oust Goodell because these continued protests will hurt the NFL’s financial bottom line.
