Poor things, devoid of faith, cannot “know” what us simple believers KNOW.
“I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do.”—Jesus, Luke 10:21

Man is flawed, the older we get the more flawed we bcome without the holy spirit’s indwelling.
Jesus said we have to have child-like faith.
I would rather trust Jesus and strive for child-like faith then trust flawed man.
Guess we should stop studying the stars then :)
Should have stuck with the flat earth theory too.
Or earth is the center of the universe :)
