Can somebody explain the silly term “woke” to me?
It's what all the cool kids are saying.
I think it comes from a mistaken reference by Maxine Waters.......telling people to ‘get woke’ about Trump. Not kidding.

Enlightened - beyond the normal curve in progressive thinking. I thought Josh was, you know, woke when it came to expressing his true feelings.
