i guess i don’t interpret dropping from Number 1 best selling book in the U.S. to Number 2 best selling book in the U.S. as “heads for the “bargain bin”.
I have followed Amazon.com “bestsellers” for ages. Usually, the book drops from number one to number two or three, and sometimes it even bounces back to number one. But...in most instances the book goes from number one to number two and, then to number five or ten over the next week or so. Once the book drops..it keeps on going until it is out of sight for good.
As bestsellers go, the Clinton “What Happened?” book has no sales legs whatsoever. Flop of major proportions.
A top bestseller usually lasts at number one for six to eight weeks.
