They house a "cannibal".
Basically, the guy was drunk, came across an acquaintance outside his apartment building. One or the other had vodka, and didn't want to share, and the acquaintance lost the argument.
In cutting up the body for disposal, he wondered what human flesh tasted like.
Any way, he also "shared" the "meat" with neighbors.
