If there is medical attention there, immediately, it's possible. If someone is asystole when found, the chance of them coming back to any real function is pretty much nil as they were probably down too long. If you are in the business, you know the success percentage of CPR even when done by someone skilled in it.

Add to that being brain dead and things don’t look so good.
Although...I did mention that..found down..and witnessed are very different.
Yes....I am in the biz...and have done CPR probably 40 plus times in my career. Never bothered to keep track....
Last one I did...was on a 450 lb. person...that the wound care nurse asked me to good look at her..because the pt. seemed to be not doing well. Well yeah...when you are breathing like a fish out of water..and your HR is 35....you aren't doing well.......
