Not any where near as stressful as working in a hospital. Nursing homes tend to be sedate. I’m mean, the average age of a resident is 90 years old. It’s sad in that you get to know the residents and then one day they’re gone. I’ve worked in hospitals. They’re much more fast paced. In fact in another week I’m starting a new job at one of our local hospitals.

Well my current stress level is taking care of my 91 year old Aunt who I live with. So I can’t leave and go home at night.
I have every test you can have run and it just comes down to accumulated Stress and Anxiety for me.

Pal, I hear you. My wife and I are caring for her 97 year old mother and between you and me I’ve about had it.

I put one teaspoon in a 16 ounce bottle and drink it most of the day.

Rx BP medicine is derived from venom of the pit viper. I always remember the quote I found about how grandma was never the same and her health deteriorated quickly after she started taking the BP medicine.

My doc wanted to put me on the medicine - lately 180 over 120 but I got it down with weight-lifting, plus the South Beach diet which is also the most heart healthy diet around and easy to follow. Just switch to more fish and seafood, avoid the poisons - all processed foods! Minimize sugars, starches and carbs including fruit but esp. avoiding fruit juices. All meats and veggies are AOK. EVEN bacon and eggs everyday for breakfast if you want!

I also had the “Lisinopril cough” and meds were changed last year.

Recommend putting an old pillow under your ankles and feet at night. The slight elevation will help out a lot to reduce swelling.

Thank you so much for bringing up point #3! Cholesterol and CoQ10 are made in the same pathway. Statins inhibit this pathway in order to lower cholesterol. Unfortunately, statins also lower CoQ10 levels during this process.

Ubiquinol is better absorbed than regular CoQ10. A water and fat-soluble form is the best way to ensure you are absorbing adequate amounts of your supplement. As Ragnar54 mentioned, testing your CoQ10 levels is a great way to see if your on track.
