this is sick.
the studio heads did this kind of crap in the 30s & 40s.
what’s old is new again, i guess
Pervey Whitestain!
Ashley Judd, who fussed and cussed about Trump, remained completely silent about Weinstein just to advance her career.
Cameron Diaz, Daryl Hannah
Marisa Tomei
I don’t know where you’re getting your info from, but Jennifer Lawrence had very little (I can’t find anything, actually) to do with Harvey Weinstein.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Does anyone think any of these starlets would have kept working in Hollywood if they had championed conservative causes.
That is more of the power of Weinstein, and he is quite open about it.
They made their bed. Tough shit. Spread their legs for fame with a fat bloated toad. No sympathy
The one I can find that he “made” was Anne Hathaway. Most of the other actresses listed in this thread were already quite successful before they appeared in a Weinstein film. Go look up Miramax’s films, people!
Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Alba.
Gretchen Mol, Olivia Wilde, Blake Lively.
Pretty long list.
Ashley Judd! Dang that be nasty!!! She is a self admitted “nasty woman” and I bet ole Harvey had some dat nasty stuff! Excuse me while I go puke.
Kate Winslet, Michelle Williams, Minnie Driver, Sienna Miller, Helena Bonham Carter, Diane Kruger, Jessica Alba, Kristen Bell, and Rachel McAdams have all worked in films produced by Weinstein.
I liked the one starlet who stated: “I wouldn’t whore myself for a role but I would for an Oscar”. Stay classy Hollywood.
If Jennifer Lawrence is part of this list, she probably suggested the idea herself.
I can now understand somewhat, the misdirected anger that many of these women express toward men in general.
Saw this documentary a decade ago (no murder in this instance)

The reclusive Patricia Douglas comes out of hiding to discuss the 1937 MGM scandal, in which the powerful film studio tricked her and over 100 other underage girls into attending a stag party, where she was raped.

‘Girl 27’ recalls how MGM called shots in 1937

Studios wield tremendous power today, but it’s nothing compared to how powerful they were 70 years ago.
In 1937, for example, MGM was the biggest employer in Los Angeles County and, according to filmmaker David Stenn’s powerful new documentary “Girl 27,” the studio was able to engineer the biggest cover-up in Hollywood history. It’s a fascinating story about the brutal rape of Patricia Douglas, an underage chorus girl who along with more than a hundred other young dancers was tricked by the studio into attending a stag party the studio held as part of a convention to reward hundreds of its salesmen from across the country for doing such a great job...
... In the footage of Louis B. Mayer greeting the sales people as they arrived there’s a man standing next to him in a police uniform. That’s L.A. police chief James Davis. So here you have Louis B. Mayer exhorting these guys to ‘have a good time, anything you want’ and he has the presence and, therefore, the endorsement of the Los Angeles Police Department’s chief right behind him.”...
... They protected the people within the studio and, in turn, the studio demanded and received complete loyalty. When I was doing the Jean Harlow book I was contacting a lot of people. I did several hundred interviews and occasionally you’d come across someone and you’d ask them a question and they would say, ‘Well, I would love to talk about that, but I don’t think Mr. Mayer would approve.’ And you would say to them, ‘Well, Mr. Mayer died in 1957 and that was (more than) 35 years ago.’ And they would say, ‘I’m sorry.’”
ok, I guess I don’t get the outrage, I mean hell this crap has been going on since Hollywieird was invented... this is just the latest chapter... this aint new.
All Harvey needs is to wake up with Hillary’s severed Head in his Bed.
or was it from weinswine's phone?
