Not long enough. As if this is California’s biggest problem. Nature can’t even begin to do the damage humans are doing to the state.
The state of CA is only interested in tax revenue, which should have a huge impact on said revenue. Such an event this expansive has not occurred in my lifetime, so it will be interesting to see the recovery.
