What's up with Jeff Sessions?
youtube ^ | 10/15/2017 | The Still Report

Posted on 10/16/2017 2:43:21 PM PDT by Signalman

Judge Jeanine Pirro interviews Congressman Ron DeSantis (R).

Very interesting information at the end of this short video re: Imran Awan and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. DeSantis said Awan, while residing in Pakistan, was transferring "terrabytes" of information to Pakistan! He also said that Awan's wife is going to be testifying against him in the criminal case against him.

The world is full of shallow, fickle people Bob, and some of them have found their way to FR. They want instant gratification, and if they don’t get it immediately, they turn like rabid dogs. Personally I’m glad there’s no news/leaks from the AG’s office. Why give the crooks a heads-up? It’s better to keep them guessing.

What I don’t understand is, OK, damage was done with the Awans on congressional staff. And I don’t mean that lightly, this could be one of the largest espionage cases in US history. It certainly is in terms of the volume of material, though perhaps not in terms of the sensitivity of it. So the story is, that this information was bucket-brigaded off to Paki intelligence and not retained by the Awans. Call me skeptical. They did not sit down at DWS’ computer and hose the information directly to Pakistan. They downloaded it onto devices they owned and transferred it to Pakistan at later times. The assumption can be reasonably made that some of that material stuck around. Even if the Awans were assiduous about cleansing their own gear, the FBI et al should be making their lives extremely difficult and putting them up against a wall of fear like they are doing with Manafort. You see it? I don’t.

There is no credible Federal (or other) investigative agency that would make the assumption that the information was relayed without retention. They should be vigorously locking down every computer within reach of these people, seizing it/them, and analyzing them for clues or purloined information. If the Awans can be shown to possess classified information that they either allowed to stick around or never got around to transferring to the Pakis, that is dead to rights evidence. Yet nothing seems like it is being done other than to allow these people to lawyer up.

Agree 100%. A properly functioning AG and his/her DOJ do not publicize what they are doing. Pulling together the elements for a successful prosecution takes a very long time. The FBI director was only sworn into office on July 29. Both walked into a very deep swamp.

I’d rather see AG Sessions and FBI Director McCabe take their time than rush into any botched prosecutions. That’s not to say Sessions (or any of us, for that matter) is perfect, but I believe in letting him do his job as he sees fit and not listen to clueless naysayers.

"After 9 months..."

Make that 8 months. He wasn't sworn in until February 9th.

It isn’t so much FR, but some of the posters are easily manipulated by the old media empire to eat their own. I think some of the libertarians actually want to destroy the republican party in order to open positions for their own party. The RATS simply stand back and watch the old media shred the republican party cause that is all they have.

So is Sessions “one of our own,” therefore, we are wrong to question him because we would be “eating our own?” Is Ryan one of our own too? Is McCain? Is Corker?

I don’t know what a “liberfarian” is or who is one on FR, but I think it is a good thing to ask questions of those who WE SEND TO REPRESENT OUR VIEWS.

Sessions?!?! Oh yeah, I remember him...He is the man who recused himself as soon as he got into office—but he is “one of our own” so we cannot question him? I don’t think so.

“I’d rather see AG Sessions and FBI Director McCabe”

I did not know that McCabe was the FBI director.

Rip van Sessions needs to call out PRyno to see if PRyno supports security in House affairs. Washerwoman is not really part of the previous admin.

Even the brain dead cult monkeys over at Conservative Treehouse aka Trump Worship Center have finally admitted that Sessions is useless. And they were the big believers in the “ he doesnt share what he is doing publicly” and behind the scenes he really is going to go after all those clinton obama scandals. Its now obvious, even to the diehard sessions fans that he has no intention of going after clinton etal. He even allegedly told Jason Chaavetz he wasnt going to prosecute any clinton obama scandal.

Sessions is a Southern Gentleman, he doesn’t kiss and tell. BTW you need to be raising hell that DWS Brother is the DA over all of this. Several people have committed suicide in Florida over this, no MSM of course...

Yes, Sessions has a very conservative record, so he is one of our own. Legal proceeedings and investigations take time. Go back and look at legal proceedings during the past 3 or 4 decades, both sides, and tell me how long they take. Corker and McCain, Snow, the Alaskan bitch, are not one of us. Most of the rest are. Have you ever been involved in the legal system?

Libertarians have supported pervert rights in the past, they have also supported open borders.

I don’t know the reasons Sessions recused himself. What did President Trump say about it? Did he replace him?

Rip van Sessions has largely been coopted by the Deep State @ DOJ.

Slithering Snake Trojan Horse Sessions.

Not only did he NOT come to the defense of the Bundys, he went out of his way to give verbal praise and encouragement to the prosecutors and the judge.

Not satisfied to keep the Unconstitutional Asset Forfeiture policy, he issued new, even more extreme Asset Forfeiture “Guidelines”, assaulting the rights of American citizens.

He stood right by DJT’s side all during the campaign, accepting the AG nomination, all the while knowing full well he’d leave DJT vulnerable by recusing himself from “all things Russia”.

He gave verbal praise to Rosenstein, calling him “a really good guy”.

He told Chaffitz he was not of a mind to pursue wrongdoings of the Clintons or the Obamas.

He prefers to expend his efforts going after people who have mj.

Some honorable patriot, NOT. I project putrid vomit in his general direction.

Sessions is the Democrats best friend. That’s why they went Pro Forma during the August recess, they were scared sh$tless that Trump was going to replace him.

I concur with there is no requirement for AG Sessions to make EVERYTHING public that he is doing. It also seems to me that some here on FR have decided that since AG Sessions has not yet done what they want him to do, then he is “useless.” I think we should give him time to do what needs to be done.

I’m willing to give him time.
