Pre-Obama this kind of weird stuff was politely called ‘cross-dressung’ and was considered a mental problem for which therapy was provided.
Today, if your jaw drops when you see a weirdo like this one—a man in a midi-skirt— authorities tell you, with a straight face, that you need help.
My grandfathers would be baffled by what we became over the last 8 years. Their grandson certainly is confused.

When I read headlines like that, I always get confused. Is this a PC term meaning a person with XY chromosomes, but has been attacked by a urologist that should have his/her medical license revoked? Or is this a PC term for a person with XX chromosomes that was attacked by a plastic surgeon who manipulated her labia into something the patient believes will change her into a man?
The phrase "black woman" or "Hispanic man" include a noun and an adjective that describes the noun, meaning a subset of the complete group. "Black woman" describes a group of people who are women and are also black. "Transexual" means that the person is not what the noun states.
