JOHNSON COUNTY, KY - A Van Lear woman has been indicted for the murder of her newborn child.
According to a court document, Amanda Meade allegedly severed her newborn baby's umbilical cord with scissors after the infant was born in her home.
The baby died shortly after.

I knew to do this but I had this in my Home Ec classes. The class was called Baby and Child development. They don’t teach this in school anymore. They phased it out. They don’t want women as wives/mothers they want them as business women.
You’re supposed to knot the cord first, THEN cut, right?
I thought most schools had basic biology or sex education by 6th or 7th Grade.
I recall looking at science books in the fifth grade showing cell division that eventually becomes a zygote, then a fetus, then a real baby. I found it fascinating and tremendous.

I’m an 85 year old woman and don’t know any woman my age who had Baby and Child Development classes-——and we all had large families.
Why would this even be taught in schools?

I think she did not intended to kill the baby. She is just stupid beyond all belief. When the baby started bleeding out she had no ideal what to do.

Seriously, I would have had no idea about tying off the cord. It makes sense with the baby's entire blood supply going through it. How did primitive women do it back in the stone age? Does it just clot up and fall off like the stump does now?

Bet you had a lot of siblings? Bet you had lots of cousins? Am I correct? Bet in your day you witnessed those births? Am I correct?? Now tell me am I correct?
How I know this? Because I know people your age who were born at home. I know people your age who saw their brother’s and sister being born by the doctor who made “house calls”. Now tell me am I correct????
Now look at this girl. she really did not grow up like you. She NEVER saw a baby born at home by a doctor that made “house calls”. She NEVER saw that doctor clamp that cord. She more than likely does not even have close the amount of brothers, sisters and cousins that you had??? Why? Her mom, their moms used contraception or aborted them.
Now I ask you how was she to know? I see how you knew but how was she? Her mom gave birth in a hospital but she did not see any of her siblings if she has any being born. She does not know how it happened.
The public schools? They taught her nothing. They taught her only to “not get pregnant”. They did not teach her what to do if she was pregnant and what do if she had to deliver that baby by herself.
Now you know me. You know what I have posted as far as pro life stuff goes over these years. Have you ever heard of schools teaching what to do if your pregnant and in labor by yourself? Not a thing. Oh some teach on safe haven laws. That is it. Most babies like ones in dumpster where thrown in placenta and all. Cord never cut. Think of that.
See, if the woman does it by herself it’s murder. But when some clinic does it, then it’s a procedure.

Theres not much time for stuff like what to do in case of a live birth or arithmetic in between all the lessons about the 300 different transgender classifications and the sociopolitical impact of white privilege. Of course if she knew beforehand its a clever way to commit murder.
