Interesting in Ohio you’re required to have written permission for private property and must have it with you while hunting. There is even a space for it on the back of the license.

My parent’s ranch in Idaho is posted multiple places and they are always dealing with trespassers who are hunting. They finally had to keep the top gate locked (which is a pain for them at their age).

In Maine you can walk and hunt unposted property.

That is why we all wear orange from Opening Day onward.
