I started some beets and spinach and broccoli and cauliflower but the plants are weak and will probably die.
But I planted onions and garlic a few weeks ago and most of it is sprouting. (Shock!)
If those things do well I plan to go full throttle next spring.

I have a small, counter-sized “Mr. Stalky” vertical planter that I plant spinach lettuce kale, herbs etc. inside during the winter—I also do green onion, lettuce, and celery re-grows. I just hate to end the growing season.
