Heroin should be legal and available to everyone. People have a right to decide for themselves, right?????

So New Jersey will get legal weed but they won’t let you legally buy a slingshot. Hey man, that makes sense, man.

MJ isn’t chemically addictive, far less so than even caffeine and alcohol. Heroin is far more addictive, even on the first dose. Plus the levels of damage to ones bottle aren’t even comparable.

Your argument is weak when you consider pills are killing people at disturbing rates and they are legal. Trump even called them a national emergency. In Florida, I voted for medical marijuana because how can I tell a 70 year old cancer patient that she must suffer. Seems cruel. And another thing, our debt is to high to put people in jail for a marijuana stick. Costs our nation to much to house and feed them for something so minor. Oh I never smoked the stuff and never will but I use common sense. More should.

Heroin is a foreign product ... the federal actually has lawful power to prevent its importation. None is given it to regulate commerce, industry or agriculture within any State. Even the power respecting interstate commerce only existed to let the federal prevent States from abusing their powers as the expense of other States and their citizens, not so it could “regulate” in the post-FDR sense interstate commerce.
