Anyone want to try inventing a Fat Ball recipe for those on the keto diet? While everyone else is having pumpkin pie, the low-carb crowd can have these. Good gift too: leave them in the mini muffin tin and refreeze them when you get to the party.

The basic recipe is in The Keto Reset Diet. You could do a batch with pumpkin spice. Or a form of the fudge type that is cut into squares. Even a stuffing-flavored one to have with the turkey.

I hadn’t heard of those, but found a page with lots of recipes, including savory ones - the Mediterranean and bacon-egg ones look good, and I like your idea of a stuffing-flavored one:
