I love that some places offer free meals to veterans.
I don’t love the long lines. So I probably won’t participate.
I live in Spain, no specials here. I just posted it for the benefit of those who can take advantage of it.

Hubby has never taken advantage of any Veterans Day freebies or even discounts anywhere. He just doesn’t do it. Says he doesn’t need it. lol We were in a restaurant one day and he had on a tshirt that said he was a veteran Green Beret or some such and the waiter asked if he was a vet and gave us 15% off.
He will take advantage of the senior Tuesday 10% off though. Probably because that’s obvious and he doesn’t have to pull out paperwork.
