Really, I think this is a really good idea EColi is really really cute, and hopefully will mutate by the untold gazillions to fill the night sky with beauty. I understand it has a really nice little song too.....we can look forward to really lovely Music of the Night.

WE'll all die happily singing along. Really. Whatever else could science be for?

This is almost exactly what I did in HS for my science fair project, minus the launching into space, back in 1977-78. They could’ve done this so long ago. I guess it wasn’t important. I won $100 for my project though. It was Big Money at the time.
