Jesus made wine. :-)
Freepers dont care about facts when it comes to Jim Beam versus yumboldt
Only one remains a detriment on ones Rights, via the constitutional trampling ‘War on (some) drugs’.
At least Prohibition was done legally.
Back to point, ANY excess is bad.
Yep. Since there are no standards for marijuana, you can't do any reliable research. If a person got sick from it, was it the marijuana or was it a pesticide? How strong was the marijuana? How did they get their long term data?
I've been trying to find reliable information about it and every source I've found has an agenda. They're either strongly pro marijuana and are throwing out bogus studies to support it or they're strongly anti and are relying on old, discredited information.
I would just like to know the unbiased truth.
That include hardcore alcoholics, too? Who by far outnumber other drug addicts? Did most of them, too, start with marijuana?
Didn't think so!

God also made the Opium Poppy, Coca Plant, and various other plant life that is extremely poisonous to humans if consumed.
“Sorry, but every hard drug addict I ever met in the hospital started with marijuana.”
How many drank beer or smoked cigarettes before smoking Marijuana and becoming a hard drug addict?
And when you say “started with Marijuana”, was that right out of the womb or did tens of thousands of other things happen for the first time before they smoked Marijuana, and if so, how do you know which “first” was the one that turned ‘em into hard drug addicts?
Check out post 39 its classic

Thanks for making that point.
It’s a common (and very true) argument against marijuana.
We tried that - the cure was worse than the disease, as is the case with the current marijuana ban.
Since teens have been reporting for many years that they can get cannabis more easily than beer or cigarettes, evidently it's banning cannabis for adults that hurts teens - by putting cannabis in the black market, beyond the reach of effective regulation such as age limits.
Per vocabulary.com: intoxicated.
[Quote] Before intoxicated was first used to mean “drunk” in the 1570’s, it meant “poisoned,” which especially makes sense when you know the Latin root word, intoxicare, “to poison.”[Unquote]
That high feeling is actually your body reacting to the toxins you have introduced.
For example, if you drink and are trying to shed a few pounds, have a drink of alcohol and your body immediately stops burning fat and shifts to processing the alcohol out of your system.
MJ? Does Munchies = dilution process?
Better off not to poison the temple.
There you go injecting common sense and the Constitution into the argument.
P
FWIW, its not a laughing matter around here. For a variety of reasons, everything from economics to public safety.
I understand. But I also understand what stinky hippies smell like.
I bet you that before they smoked their first joint, they drank alcohol.
I don't believe one necessarily leads to the other. I think it is more likely that your proclivity to take drugs or drink excessively are based on your upbringing and the environment you put yourself in.
