She’s inviting reaction/comment imo. The number of black women in Portland could probably fit in a mall food court. No way random white strangers there are touching her hair out of the blue.
And young kids are young kids. (Who ought to be taught more basic manners than most American kids are.)
Still, some kind of epidemic that has to become a thing? Really?
