Sure, it looks good now, but just wait until he gets older and it fades and gets all blurry. Then he’ll be sorry.
The one thing to be careful of is that, per a recent study, people who get tattoos are more susceptible to skin infections, even long after the tattoo has healed. I would think that this would be an even greater concern for older people.
Given the amount of money this guy likely has socked away, treating a skin infection isn’t going to be an issue, and I’m sure he gets excellent medical treatment in general, but it is something to be aware of.
