She violated teacher's regulations. Fire her and pull her cert -- she can find another job outside of education. If her local school system prescribes further punishment, go for it. But the criminal law shouldn't have to do anything, because...
The boys were all above legal age of consent. If she weren't a teacher, the law wouldn't raise an eyebrow.
So read the boys the Riot Act, give them something useful to do for penance for being stupid enough to make it with a teacher, but no permanent record for them.
They'll be telling the story on internet forums for the rest of their lives, probably with salacious details of which we have no idea. Not to mention a little embellishment... boys will be boys, after all, as so many commenters here are demonstrating.

Of course it was consensual age wise and literally. I mean she is hot. What is wrong with a teacher 9 older than her student providing some private lessons? She is so hot that perhaps 15 or 14 year olds should be able to get those lessons too if they consent.
Though posts here trend towards her not being charged, she was charged, and it is not just teacher regs. But hey, it was consensual and not on school grounds, so charges should not stick. But even if they do, she is hot enough to pull off prison orange.
Regarding Joe—hey he didn’t get to really do much. He smelled hair, hugged, a few peck kisses. He did not get lucky. At home, he walked around naked showing his goods...hoping there would be interest. He’s just not that hot anymore at his age. No harm in trying right.
