Could be that they are always looking to increase their share from the Bureau of Indian Affairs???
Increases are always in the picture, but as the amounts go up, so the local used furniture stores sell more dressers to keep the cash hoards in - preferably in 100 dollar denominations. Its a real shame when they run out of room in their rundown single-wides and have to keep the dressers outside.
