Not likely in Arizona.
You’d be surprised. Especially dark skinned people even in sunny climes are deficient. If you don’t supplement or sunbathe daily in a small bathing suit you will be deficient. Your blood level should be over 60. It took me so much supplementation to get there. Then you can be exposed to colds and flus and not catch them, unless you’re run down stressed etc.
