Yep, dealers are destroying people's lives, so the sentences should be harsher for those dealing. I'd say a minimum of 25 years for the dealers - pretty soon, the supply of dealers will dry up, as will the drugs.
Of course, this woman clearly shouldn't have had even one child, let alone nine, but that is another subject altogether.
Thankfully they are white, or a description of the perps would have been “unavailable”.
