When the corruption and criminality reaches the levels that occured in the Clinton and Obama administrations, as well as other administration to some degree, you have established a de facto legal mob who does what they want and to whom they want because they are the "cops and prosecutors", as well as the law breakers. They answer to no one but themselves. Ergo the "Deep State"

The Congress won't do anything this because most of them are either in on it themselves or they just agree with it but don't want to be involved or there is nothing they can do about it without the wrath of the establishment Uniparty coming down on them.

Every institution in the country is now on the side of this legal mob. Universities, unions, corporations, entertainment, news media, Hollywood and now even the NFL, have all moved to the Left end of the political and cultural spectrum to socialism or communism.

When there reaches a point in a country's history where the conventional and institutional methods of enforcing laws are breached and compromised to the point of being useless, then revolutions happen. Revolt from the citizenry.

I think we're fast approaching one of those points in our history. The rule of law is no longer enforced. Public witch hunts of political opponents is allowed to happen right out in the open for everyone to see with no accountability or consequences.

I'm not advocating violence or armed insurrection here. I am too old for taking up arms myself. But these are the kinds of things that happen in history when a country's leadership is not playing by the rules. People rise up and correct things.

We're probably beyond salvation when it comes to putting the toothpaste back in the tube. These people are playing for keeps. We need to do the same.
