It was cold and snowy. But our seats were so far from the ice it wasn't good viewing. I actually thought the game sucked until I caught it on TV a couple of days later.
Then I realized it was a social event that had little to do with watching a hockey game.
There's another AHL Outdoor Game here in Hershey on January 20th. I will not be going.

That was my attitude when the second outdoor game came to Pittsburgh, been there done that! I’ll watch on TV.
The game today looked good on screen and it was a good game. That’s a win for the sport.
