In a rational tort claim of this nature, they would first have to show the school had a duty to stop the protest. IMO they did not. Furthermore, once this nitwit left the school grounds, on her own accord, she was on her own. My last comment: too bad she did not terminate.

Exactly. I don’t think most of the people on this thread are getting that exactly point. This will make the professors and other “officials” at Universities who push this kind of nonsense liable.
