Obama’s delusions of grandeur
Are out in public and on display-
As Chicago rejects his hegemony
By refusing to give him his way
By not giving historic parkland-
They’ve refused all his demands
To build a parking garage on it
That has a lot of hotdog stands
But people were not interested
In seeing a truckload of cash
Be spent on his grand delusion
And turning a park into trash...
I just loved reading about Chicago smacking down Obama’s monument to himself-saying they’d rather have their park than that f***ing ugly “presidential” center and garage-I hope that leaves a mark...
His comeuppance has only just begun.
