Emergency Room in Brit speak (Accident and Emergency - although what’s the difference??).

Despite how bad our healthcare has become under Obama, I’ve never waited for than 15 minutes in an emergency room before being seen in all my life. The doctors have been wonderful as have the nurses. I still remember fondly when my swollen finger made it impossible to remove my wedding ring and the entire ER gathered round when a new instrument was used to remove it. They were like kids with a new toy.
