Yes, that ‘fact’ is questionable.
1) The tongue is a muscular organ that has a role in the nervous system as a sensory organ (taste), and as an accessory organ of the digestive system.
2) The definition of organ is a system made up of tissue operating together to perform a function. The penis is an organ made up of muscle tissue, along with blood vessels, nerve fibers and so on. It performs a distinct function, therefore it’s an organ.

I was not actually referring to the penis. I don’t even know whether or not the “fun fact” is true. I was making a joke about myself. Due to an injury,a while back, I have a muscle in one of my fingers that is detached at one end. It’s curled up inside the base of the finger, which now has limited motion.
