Thank you!

I gave my guy a copy of This Perfect Day some months ago after we were discussing another scary Ira Levin novel-Rosemary’s Baby-I found best price on it at Barnes & Noble online, if you are interested...

The Dems have their own utopia
But it’s really just their dystopia
Schumer Shutdown indeed
They’re high on their weed
They have a strain of resistant Trump Phobia.

We are good. Restaurant biz is booming even in January. I have taken up knitting and have to pry the knitting needles out of my hands and do something else once in awhile. My godson’s birthday celebration is Friday and I have to have his hat done, and one for each of his two sisters. Can’t go empty handed. So, I am busy enough. Knitting classes take me out of town one day a week. Winter has hit, though. Was snowed in for five days. Icy steps, then my kids needed my car as they couldn’t get back up our hill in theirs.......so I knitted my heart out. Keep forgetting to even get on the computer or play my kindle games. I am sure knitting will lose it’s allure soon enough. Till then, I am a maniac at it.

You keeping busy?

Been working and looking for appropriate acreage with my contractor compadre, and salvaging stuff for the cabin builds. Nemesis is getting lots of work with his side business, thanks to commercial customers wanting him to switch their office computers to Windows10-for reasons unknown, pretty much every business with networked computers needs a service call in 2-3 days because everything is screwed up-so he makes the service call and just charges for the fix, not the trip itself-undercutting his competition-which brings him a repeat customer. I enjoy our time together best when he is happy at both his regular job and the side business.
