Phil Mudd Bio:
Philip Mudd is a CNN counterterrorism analyst. Mudd joined the Central Intelligence Agency in 1985 as an analyst specializing in South Asia and then the Middle East. He began work in the CIA's Counterterrorist Center in 1992 and then served on the National Intelligence Council as the Deputy National Intelligence Officer for the Near East and South Asia (1995-1998). After a tour as an executive assistant in the front office of the CIA's analytic arm, Mudd went on to manage Iraq analysis at the CIA (1999 to 2001).
Mudd began a policy assignment at the White House in early 2001, detailed from CIA to serve as the Director for Gulf Affairs on the White House National Security Council. He left after the September 11 attacks for a short assignment as the CIA member of the small diplomatic team that helped piece together a new government for Afghanistan, and he returned to CIA in early 2002 to become second-in-charge of counterterrorism analysis in the National Counterterrorism Center. He was promoted to the position of Deputy Director of the NCTC in 2003 and served there until 2005.
At the establishment of the FBI's National Security Branch in 2005, FBI Director Robert Mueller appointed Mudd to serve as the Branch's first-ever deputy director. He later became the FBI's Senior Intelligence Adviser. Mudd resigned from government service in March 2010.
Mudd serves as a fellow at the New America Foundation and Aspen Institute's Homeland Security Group.
Nutshell:
Extremely liberal CIA/FBI and Mueller protege threatens life of the President on national TV.
WTF!!!
The fact that this steaming turd isn’t being investigated, much less in custody, is proof in and of itself how corrupt the law enforcement/intelligence complex in the country is.
Lock him up!
So this is the quality of agent we have in the CIA?
Complete nutcase.
He should be arrested today.
FBI and CIA are the black hats
Trump has NSA, military intelligence, and the USMC on his side, so Im not worried
HOMEGROWN: THE COUNTER-TERROR DILEMMA explores the real and perceived threat of homegrown Islamic extremism in America today through first-hand accounts from those on the front lines of this battle - family members of convicted terrorists, those trying to persuade young people from embracing extremism, Muslim Americans facing fear and suspicion in their communities, victims of terrorist attacks, and insights from experts and prosecutors who worked homegrown terrorist cases. Among the questions the film raises: Why are American citizens signing up for ISIS? How big is the threat, and how effective have the efforts of US counter-terrorism agencies been in combatting homegrown terrorism? What are the unintended consequences of such efforts? And, what freedoms and values do we sacrifice in our efforts to track down established and nascent extremists in our midst? HBO Documentary Films
Sadly I could see some radical members of the deep state feel threatened enough by being exposed that they might attempt a coup by assassinating Trump. I do not think that would end well and the US military could easily step in to restore order and arrest the plotters. The plotters could suffer the same fate as those who plotted Lincoln’s assassination...a military tribunal and prompt hanging.
Let the agency heads say it is a misunderstanding. Then tell them that they need to fire hundreds of employees or face no money in their agency in the next budget cycle......their choice!
We are a country gone mad. . .berserk, out of control. Only by repenting and turning from our evil ways will God save this nation from self-destruction!!!!!!!
Does anyone think that the government didnt kill JFK?
Makes the JFK problem look like a walk in the park.
So Mr. Know It All missed the signs for 9/11.....
His statement maybe true but I believe Trump may have more prayer warriors on his side
The establishments of both parties have spent generations building a system that greatly benefits them both and have never had it seriously threatened until now. Both are willing to do whatever is necessary to stop Trump, preferably by non-violent means. My worry is that Trump has withstood every non-violent attempt thus far and that they may be becoming desperate enough to resort to violence. I hope to G-d this never happens.
So....what did the CIA think when Barry snuggled up to Uncle Fidel and his evil brother? Did the CIA want to “kill” Barry?
I’d bet Mudd the moron has never seen a Marine company open fire on an enemy position.
