I will take the opposite view point. Pelosi (and Schumer) are masterful leaders in the sense of getting their caucus to tow and vote their party line. Just think what the Republicans might accomplish if Ryan and McConnell controlled their majority in the same manner.

Of course Pelosi's cognitive abilities and sanity are always in question..
