Disney is no longer dependent upon locals to come to the park in the off season so pricing is through the roof. There isn’t much of an off season and they have done away with some of the passes that were aimed at SoCal.

The only “off” season is to allow less heat and less crowd. The prices are the same and many rides are closed. But it beats the heat and the tourists. We hadn’t been in a long time. And won’t go again for a long time, and we used love having passes. It’s no correlation to people’s incomes.
