I have that book (Microcsosm by George Gilder) in my hand.
Read the book a number of years ago. Recognize some of people that started a tech company that my son works for.
re: JP Barlow; the official report is that he died in his sleep after an extended period of complete debilitation. His father died of a stroke. JP had a previous heart attack. So, was it a heart attack in his sleep or a stroke in his sleep? Either was predictably imminent based on his own recent medical history:

About #4, Warner was busted one or two days before, so Trump and Assange only comment on the event, like millions of other public figures. Conflating it to “a great possibility there may be coordination between Assange and Trump in their messages” only shows you try to grasp any straw, even the most flimsy ones and totally discredits your arguments.

I was never a Dead Head but did go see them in Atlanta at the Fox Theater. Don’t remember much about that night except someone saying, “Here, take this. You’ll like it.” That and the crazy people who tape every show.
