IF (and that’s a big if) you actually read the whole article, you would have found out that:
She was fighting with another female at the party. (probably the one who found out or knew she was underage and told Hunt)
As soon as Hunt found out , he threw her out of the party (probably LITERALLY as she refused to go)
The POLICE have decided not to file any charges. (They interviewed other witnesses and know exactly what happened and why)
