What are you trying to say?

Keep this on the down-low...

I was saying, Happy Valentine's Day!

It’s poor reality testing to expect anything else from such folks. They almost literally ‘can’t help it.’ It’s their ‘One Trick Pony’ route to feeling worthwhile and significant.

Pfft. It’s bad manners is all it is. Someone was not successful in teaching their little one how to be polite.

Glad to add some laughs to your daily day.

People, who never laugh usually live shorter and miserable lives and/or make those around them, more miserable and often have shorter life spans.

Unconfirmed reports of numerous planes now headed toward panhandle ... @Jerome_Corsi says he can now confirm, "Q" is tied to US Army; he's previously said that he became involved with this more formally later on after he was asked

Please dont use that language on FR. Jim Robinson has asked on the front page to not use vulgarity. Thanks!

And I would say, if Strac6 has left, then Hallelujah! Why would we want to call him back here?

On September 7, 1776:

Greene could not conceive of a single benefit to the American cause that could come from preserving New York, and he urged Washington to summon a war council.

By the time the council convened, on September 7, at Washington's headquarters at the Mortier house north of town, the letter from John Hancock had arrived saying that Congress wanted no damage done to New York.

It was agreed by the council that if the British were to bring up their fleet and fire, the city was untenable. Greene, Reed, Israel Putnam, and several others called for a total and immediate withdrawal from all of York Island. This, they argued, would deprive the enemy of the advantage of their sea power, "put nothing to the hazard," and keep the army together.

But they were overruled by the majority, as Washington promptly reported to Congress. What Washington said at the meeting in not known, as no record survived, though it appears he thought the directive from Congress was an egregious mistake and that Nathaniel Greene had the right idea. In a letter to Lund Washington, he would later write, "Had I been left to the dictates of my own judgment, New York should have been laid to ashes."

David McCullough, 1776, Part III ("The Long Retreat"), Chapter Six ("Fortune Frowns"), p. 206

My question: Is New York to be "laid to ashes"?

This guy, Strac6, hangs his fame on his service in Vietnam. He is a liar...and a troll.

Well, I can’t see this fight clearly enough to have a dog in it.

But as an aside, I do wonder what all the arguing about ‘trolls’ is about. People aren’t going to be deterred from reading about Q, just because somebody calls it all ‘BS’. The contrary posts just seem to insert a little objectivity into the mix; and the responses to them seem to be all out of proportion, for some reason that’s beyond my ken.

The mix in general is amusing, anyway.

There have been a lot of issues that Freepers have been divided over. I remember, for instance, when a lot of us were supportive of Milo’s attempts to enlighten college-age people, and others thought we were infidels simply because of the “orientation” of the messenger. Now, in the same vein, many Freepers say that Q is doing a good thing, and some believe so precisely because the activity on the chans is engaging younger people; while others think it’s altogether a destructive hoax.

(The whole ‘back and forth’ is quite interesting, and has, oddly, had me thinking a lot about the differences between ‘Professionals’ and mere ‘technicians’...

I dunno...just a view from the Outside.)
