A man named Richard explains why he and his wife Natalie decided to abort their son when they found out the baby had down syndrome:
“Both of us are in jobs that are a lot more than jobs. They’re things that we do because we believe in the work. All those things would have been affected by a life of caring for a Down’s child.”
Reflecting on the abortion, Richard said:
“I think if it had been some years earlier, when amniocentesis wasn’t available, and we had had a Down child come to term…we would have done our best to raise the child and give it all the love we could. I think we could have done a good job of raising a Down child. But we had a choice. One of the good things and one of the terrifying things about technology is that it gives you that kind of choice.”
Although he and his wife had the abortion because they did not want taking care of the baby to interfere with their jobs, he was sad when he saw the lifeless body of his son after the abortion.
According to the author of the article:
“[After the abortion] Richard asked to see the baby….Alone in an empty room with his dead baby boy, Richard wept. He was still overcome when he returned to Natalie’s room. “It was stunning to me because I’ve known him for a long time and I’ve never seen him cry,” Natalie said.”

Work was more important. They killed their baby for money.
That’s what truly happened here. Someone gave them a dollar amount and they valued that amount over another life. An innocent life.
No quarter for these a-holes. Crying or not. They killed a baby because it wasn’t perfect and they were afraid of what people would think.
I know, I know. Some people don’t realize their mistake till long after they’ve made it.
I truly hope they burn in Hell for all eternity.
Being a parent isn’t a job? Do they see it as more like a hobby?

They “murdered” the child for money. Like it was a hit.

Is this something recent or from 25 years ago? The date on the article says 2018, but the attribution at the end says 1992
A lot of words to simply say....

His wife seems stunned and even baffled at his sorrow, once the abortion had been done. Wow. Get a clue before getting pregnant next time.
He may believe this event is over.
Its clear to me from these few lines, the burden he and his wife will carry has just begun.
We --- you and I --- need to ask God to give us heart transplants. We need His.

Since their jobs are so important to them, they should both have themselves surgically fixed so that they never have to worry about the ‘inconvenience’ of having to care for a child.

Someone posted a video on FB about a girl who was a Down’s Syndrome baby. She is a model nowadays and started her own clothing line. She is amazing.
