That was a gripping series.

Based on Dassey's portrayal in "Making a Murderer" I don't see how the US Supreme Court upholds that his confession was voluntary. It appeared he was clearly led to the confession and said what the police wanted him to say.

It was also pretty clear that he had learning and cognitive difficulties and that the police took advantage of that, not allowing his mother in the room while they led him to his confession.

Again, that's all based on how he was portrayed in "Making a Murderer" ....
