The incident occurred Sunday night. Deputies responded to a home in Thousand Oaks, CA ... someone reported domestic violence.

According to the 911 call, Heather's brother came to her home and saw Heather and her boyfriend fighting. The brother called 911. We're told cops observed that the boyfriend had a visible mark.
Law enforcement sources tell us when cops tried putting Heather in custody she became combative, flailing, kicking and struck 3 deputies. Heather was cuffed and taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Ah, domestics. Had a drama unfold in my neighborhood last night. Females doing verbal warfare. Apparently a woman was doing some other woman’s man. Five cops respond, no arrests. C’mon people, I’m trying to sleep here!

Worked on a movie she was in. I wasn’t in any scenes with her but others who were said her clothing left nothing to the imagination.
Doesn’t look nearly that fetching now, at age 56 (who does?) and decades of alcohol and drug abuse.

In her prime, there were none hotter than Ms. Locklear. Sad to see her in this state, hope she can get help.

The standards for Battery on a cop are ridiculously low.
A friend closed his own front door on 2 of them rather than go out and talk to them or invite them in.
They stuck a foot in the door, shoved their way in and beat him about the head with flashlights.
Arrested him. Charged him.
Cop brought his Shoe onto the witness stand waving it around claiming there was a mark on the sole from the door.
My friend got 6 months community service, along with losing a good 90% of his vision from these 2.
You have to read the comments underneath the story. There is definitely some wasted talent out there! I laughed at more than a few of the posts....
I kept running into her in the 80’s in the San Fernando Valley/ Los Angles. Lots of girls looked like her at the Whiskey and other Sunset Strip clubs.
I agree. Everyone from back in the day always said she was a consummate professional..... On time, no diva behavior, there to do her job.

They should have hauled her scrawny bleached blonde butt to jail like they would most average people. It is NEVER okay.

She’s always been known as one of the nicest people in Hollywood, and a Republican. Wonder what happened to her. Might want to withhold judgment.
The valley is the first stop. They either get big and move up the hill or give up and go back home. If they’re smart. Some hang on till the end thinking they’re going to hit with the next audition. It’s sad. The boulevard of broken dreams.
