It would be interesting to find out what cities etc are drawing FED money for ‘lack of arrests’ and how many parents are drawing money for their kids on ritalin or other numbing drugs supposedly to control them.
If YOU don’t have room for prisoners, take a cue from ‘Sheriff Joe’ and set up tent camps.
Hiring guards will also help the unemployment rate and you may get some off of public assistance and get money by TAXING their salary, not giving money away.
If you don’t like spending winters in a tent city on the shore of Lake Michigan or another of the Great Lakes, either move to a warmer clime or quit committing crimes.
All of it is a ‘shoot yourself in the foot’ situation.
What’s scary is Rham is not progressive enough for the far left. I can only hope Trump can limit the damage these far left progressives are doing to our cities.
As I often say: there is nothing left of the old Extreme Left that’s extreme to the Left anymore.
Oblivious to who they are, how extreme they’ve become, they rail against the far right but to them, as they commonly still define moderate in relation to themselves, even someone like LBJ may as be well “the right.”
They’re like that marching band in Animal House: they’ve been led into a dead end alley after a hard left and now they’re bunched up at the end, trying to play as if nothing was amiss, as if they were still far behind them, back on the street.
