Exactly. If you’re a current customer, or thinking about becoming a customer of SimpliSafe, then you have a decision to make. I’m not nor did I have plans before all-this-crap so I don’t give a flip what they do.

However, I’m not bothered a bit that Rush is taking their money and then turning around and avidly supporting the NRA and railing against spineless CEOs that are giving in to the gun grabbers.
IOW, Rush has not folded on the issue at all. SimliSafe is paying to have a message aired that is directly counter to the position they’ve taken.
Yeah - and he wants family members to be able to pull guns on mere accusations of domestic violence or mental issues.

Yes. I am becoming concerning myself at this point. Especially when no one is mentioning cleaning up the OBVIOUS CORRUPTION in Broward County (hanging chad votes, airport shooting-January 2017)and pimping out these kids 24/7 on Tell Lie Vision and the obvious smoke whirling about law enforcement and procedures.
I can’t take anything the Left says about “its for the children” seriously when they advocate and fund partial birth abortion murder. They can sell it somewhere else.

I wrote him about this an hour ago. I don’t see how this can stand.
This was a bad optic meeting for him. Giving gun grabbers a platform is never a good idea. I think Trump will find his Waterloo with his base if he crosses the aisle on this. The 2nd amendment it appears is the red line.
Is Rush endorsing them or did they simply buy time on the network he airs on? Rush would have little say so on the latter.
I don’t know that he personally believes in them, but it is true that they pay the rate required for him to read the ad aloud, and I believe that he does it LIVE, each time.
Rush also makes great effort to ad little asides that keep the ad new, in a sense.
I believe that this commercial format is more expensive, since his listeners enjoy hearing his voice instead of that of someone else.
We have no reason to think that. I'm sure they are locked into a contract that will eventually expire or negotiated for an early exit. Simply Safe has NOTHING to gain at this point. It knows Rush listeners are staunch pro-2A and won't buy from them. I have no problem with Rush taking their money. I hope it is A LOT!!

I admire a lot about Limbaugh but I broke up with him the day he defended and lied about his behavior doing Schumer’s bidding and letting them influence his content. His attitude That day, I realized he was just out for his bottom line and not the person he pretends to be. I owe him a lot for my politics but he’s just one of my exes now. :(
Noticed Howie Carr did a SimpliSafe ad yesterday, none today - don’t know if they’re gone for good, or just not on every day - I’ll be watching.....
I’m gonna go easy on Rush over sticking by any advertisers that showed some loyalty to him.
It was a few years ago when some advertisers jumped on the let’s dump Rush bandwagon over the Sandra Fluck/Fluke thing. Carbonite, etc.
Simpli Safe stuck with Rush at that time so I can understand he may feel a certain appreciation of them for that.
