See the tag line...
I think you had to have lived it.
In this scene, in which Labowski dreamed he was a rolling bowling ball, Jeff Bridges' wife, who was on the set that day, had the extras stuff their garments with abundant extruding fake hair as a practical joke.
Yes, pinky toe. : )
That's how I feel about BASEketball. It's a dumb movie, but it makes me laugh out loud.
Just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in.....
Haven’t even seen that much.
But I love "Napoleon Dynamite." I hated "Lebowski" and still do. I don't know why. But hey, that's just ... like ... my opinion.
I’ve started watching it at least once, maybe twice, got a few minutes in, said this is dumb, and moved on. Do like the Coens tho! Twisted!
You’re obviously not a golfer.
My favorite moves of all time:
Big Trouble in Little China
Army of Darkness
Repo Man
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eight Dimension.
One of the two or three funniest movies I have ever seen.
I guess I’ll mix up a White Russian......a fella could do worse.
Donny (repeatedly): “I am the walrus.”
Walter (exasperated): Lenin! V.I. Lenin! Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov!
Walter: I’m shomer Shabbos! I don’t roll on Shabbos!
Jesus: “What’s this day of rest $h@t?!”
The movie is an offbeat classic.
But it's really wrong when the rest of us grok it without missing a beat.
I concur, I can think of any number of scenes in that movie and just start laughing.
Probably my favorite

In the US it may have been too popular the first time around to really become a cult film.
To become a cult favorite it's not enough that you love the movie, other people outside the cult have to hate it or not love it or not care.
