THEY are going to jail.
The planned parenthood executive and planned parenthood get no further investigation nor charges.
The land of the freak, and the home of the knave.
*sigh*
That’s it in a nutshell.
While I admit he likely deserves some punishment, 15 years or anything remotely close to it is ridiculous.
Totally agree. He could have knocked on the door or rung the doorbell. But breaking in is a crime.
No, I am not defending the wife’s adultery. Why did you say that I was?
Is there any limit to what this guy should have been “permitted to do”, since she was committing adultery? Should the husband have been allowed to kill the wife and/or her lover? Do you believe he was justified, and should not be charged with crimes, for breaking into the home and taking videos? How would a law be written, to make exceptions for breaking into others’ homes, based on these circumstances?
She and her slime ball boss are lucky he didn’t rip them both apart, instead of just filming them.
In France, a crime committed by a man who kills the guy
his wife is in bed with is deemed “justifiable homicide.”
So ... If I come into your house and video you in bed you should use samsung?
Not only that, but the whore will file for divorce, get half and hell probably not get the kids if they have any, because he burglarized her boyfriends house.
I’m going to guess she was planning on shacking up with the doc and her current husband doesn’t have much at all at risk in a divorce.
QUOTE FROM ONLINE
North Carolina is one of the few states that still has alienation of affection and criminal conversation laws. These cases are pursued when one spouse has an affair. The jilted spouse will often sue the guilty spouses lover for alienating the affection of the marriage.
She couldn’t keep her pants on. Problem for women of color.
LOL!! Good one!
Husband never injured his unfaithful wife's lover?
More details (and wife's photo wife ) from this link in the article:
"I caught my wife sleeping with her boss and now I might end up in jail"
Anything can happen in Jersey
Put me on that jury and I’d decline to convict. Crime of passion, he was outraged at his wife’s behavior. What is the damage to property or bodily injury? There was none.
Give out the prescribed punishment and considered it time served.
You preserve the integrity of the law, and you don’t put a father away because he found out he married a two-timing witch.
I think your panties are too tight, Felicia...
Seriously? Let’s just say that most “modern women” are out to get whatever they can. It’s the Sex and the City mentality.
“She couldnt keep her pants on. Problem for women of color”
Because we know no white female does stuff like this. Right?
Agreed
