I don’t have legal expertise but from what I can tell, they look legit. I’ve heard many times now that the indictment count (total) is not easy to obtain because there is no national summary. The information is stored in a database called PACER and it’s done on a regional basis. Looking your link I see a PACER receipt at the bottom and each of the PDF’s are named to match the regions on the prior late-January table of PACER indictment counts. Hard to explain but if you check this link and compare it against yours, you may see why I’m optimistic about your link:

Yes I see that PACER is in both links. If you click on the unmasked names it takes to to a secure site associated with PACER requesting credentials.
I just thought this might be a good link to post on new Q-threads for researching unmasked names.
