I’m sure it’s not legal.
But after living in CT for most of my life, I saw that much of Texas is exactly - like, exactly people - like CT.
Houston, Austin, Dallas, it’s all just ghetto hellholes. I mean I’m sure that being how large Texas is that not all of the state is like that, but the heat does things to people.
I assume you haven’t spent much time in Texas.
There are certainly ghetto areas in Dallas and Houston and Austin has more than it’s fair share of nuts but it’s far from being a ghetto.
Most states and under federal motor vehicle laws have vehicle with restrictions.
I know this would be totally illegal in Wisconsin most likely Texas also.
