Yeah, that accusation blew me away. I don’t know if the Dr is working behind the scenes & said that to draw out the bad guys or what. Since that statement, I don’t put too much stake into whatever else he says.
I’m not sure about Paddock but I don’t think he was an arms dealer either. There is too much desolate, wide open desert without prying eyes to conduct an arms deal.
The SA/Crown Prince angle does make the most sense. The videos of gunfire coming out of a helicopter makes one wonder what the truth really is. Too many unanswered questions.

At any rate, he looks like some sort of CIA asset to me, and likely involved with human and drug trafficking. That often means arms going one way, and humans drugs coming back.
