Finally the Invid Sensor Nebula (Robotech) has arrived, let me be the first to welcome our new Invid Overlords and offer up a nation of Liberal Democrats as well as Hillary Clinton to work their protoculture farms in this new collective!

Our local Arizona news said that it was the plume from a missile launch from the San Diego area.

That there is only one certainly makes it odd, by definition.

When my husband pulled into the driveway last night, he called and told me to come out onto the driveway. When I got outside, I couldnt see anything of note. He said it was a strange cloud, but its gone now. I will show him this story and ask if this was what he saw.

This “reached out” phrase needs to die.

A whole car load of us big guys just got back from Taco Bell just before that “cloud” appeared...wasn’t us, was it?

A tiny sliver of Oort Cloud comes on down in search of former P.O.W. McCain because it’s too quiet at the edge of the Universe and it craves the songs of a bird.
To: BenLurkin
It was probably a rocket launch at Vandengerg AFB. Sometime the Air Force launches an intercontinental missile and then blow it up on purpose before it gets into outer space. That is my guess.
To: BenLurkin
Maybe it’s McCain expiring.

When I was in the USAF at Vandenberg AFB we put up several missiles that displayed this "twilight Phenomenon". Residents along the coast are very familiar with them and know exactly what they are.
The media just can't resist the "mysterious cloud" story every time we have one of these. I guess they count on the fruitcake responses about aliens and wormholes that always crop up to improve their ratings.
